Pastor Rick serves as Senior Pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where his passion is helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live on mission. With more than 20 years of ministry experience, he has served in a variety of leadership roles. His ministry has focused on discipleship, developing leaders, investing in the next generation, and strengthening families. Rick and his wife, Charyl, are grateful to call Bethlehem home. Together they are raising their five children - Ty, Karis, Katie, Joy, and Mary Charlotte - and love spending time together as a family. The Hermann family's greatest desire is to see lives transformed by the Gospel and to faithfully follow God's call to make disciples.
