BBC Kids is the children's ministry here at Bethlehem (birth-5th grade)! Our children are our future, and at Bethlehem, our focus in on helping parents to raise the next generation by showing them the love of God and teaching them to develop a lifelong passion for following Him.

First Visit

We are so excited you have decided to worship with us! Families with kids are invited to enter into the preschool and children's building (see map below). Our staff and volunteers will be there to greet you. We will collect some information from you about your children and show you where they will worship that day. You may drop off your children as early as 15 minutes prior to the worship service or Life Group hour.

The safety of your child is of upmost importance to the staff at Bethlehem. Every volunteer submits to a background check. We train volunteers about safety and our security plans, and multiple security volunteers are in place while children are on our campus.

Worship Hour

Life Groups give preschoolers the chance to
connect with caring leaders and friends while
discovering God's love for them. Using
Lifeway's HyFi curriculum, children learn
foundational truths about who God is through
engaging Bible stories, worship, memory
verses, crafts, and small group discussions.
Large Group with Mrs. Amy and her Wonder
Dog, Bark, makes learning fun and memorable!
Life Groups begin at 9:30 AM, with drop-off
starting at 9:15 AM

During the 11:00 AM Worship Hour, preschoolers
enjoy a fun time of play, connection, and
learning. Snacks are provided for Twos through
Pre-K, while Crawlers and Toddlers enjoy
snacks from home if provided. Children also
review their memory verse and Bible lesson
from Life Groups through engaging activities
and conversation.

Wednesdays

Mission Friends

Mission Friends meets Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM, giving preschoolers a fun,
hands-on way to learn about missionaries and how to share God's love with others.
Through interactive play, music, movement with Mrs. Angie, Bible memory, and engaging
activity stations, children discover the Missionary of the Month and explore how
they can make a difference.

Volunteer

We’re looking for caring leaders who want to invest in the lives of preschoolers. Volunteers must complete a background check, agree to Bethlehem’s Child Protection Policy, attend training, and be members of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Email Kimberly Nail, Preschool Director, to learn more.
