Pastor Rick Hermann brings over 20 years of ministry experience to Bethlehem. He previously served as Central Campus Pastor at Christ Place Church in Flowery Branch. His ministry background includes discipleship, young families, students, and serving as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Greensboro, GA. Rick is married to Charyl and together they have five children: Ty, Karis, Katie, Joy, and Mary Charlotte.
He enjoys family time, preaching, reading, fishing, hunting, and football. Rick is excited to glorify Jesus and follow God’s call to preach the Gospel at Bethlehem.

Matthew hails from the booming metropolis of Auburn, GA. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He has been serving in local church ministry for over 30 years. He and his wife, Jennifer, have 2 children, Bryson and Brianna. Matthew loves movies, cooking, reading, and motorcycle riding!

Graham is a Duluth, GA native and a Toccoa Falls College grad. He's currently working towards his masters at Moody Bible Institute. He's been a part of Bethlehem Baptist Church for six years and joined the staff in 2022. He and his wife, Ariel, have been married for one year and currently live in Clarkesville along with their Aussiedoodle, Chelsea. Graham enjoys reading, watching sports, and cooking.

Jared and his wife Bekah live in Demorest, GA with their two kids, Frasier and Georgia. Jared was born and raised at Bethlehem Baptist and served briefly on staff before moving to serve at Christ Place Church in Oakwood after getting married to Bekah. In September of 2024, Jared and his family returned "home" to Bethlehem to support the worship ministry. He loves to spend time with friends and family, play golf, and spend time working on the family farm. He graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is an owner of a local business that operates and develops a variety of real estate assets.

Kimberly grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with her undergraduate degree in Child and Family Development and graduate degree in Elementary Education. She has served at Bethlehem Baptist since fall 2021. She has two children, Julianna and Ethan. Kimberly enjoys camping with her family, playing her violin at church, and spending time with her dogs.

Micah is from East Tennessee but grew up in Habersham County. He is currently pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. He has been working in church ministry for three years and joined the Bethlehem team in the summer of 2023. He and his wife, Sydney, married in May of 2022 and currently live in Clarkesville with their Goldendoodle, Larry Bird. Micah enjoys playing any sport (basketball and golf are his favorites), spending time with his friends and family, and anything that makes him laugh!

Jessica grew up in the Gwinnett/Walton County area.  She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.S.Ed. in English Education.  She was a teacher for 13 years prior to moving to Clarkesville in 2021.  Since then, she has worked at Bethlehem.  Jessica enjoys movies, sports, clarinet, and her cats!

Kassy has always lived in Habersham county.  She has served at Bethlehem since June 2022. Kassy is married to Corey and has one daughter, Annalyse. Kassy loves spending time with her family and dogs, reading, running, and cooking.

Ray has 25 years of experience in residential/commercial construction and property management/maintenance.  He attended Piedmont College from 1999-2003 with an emphasis in Business Administration.  Ray enjoys photography and spending time with his wife, Joann, his two children, and four grandchildren.

Stella is originally from the Panhandle of Florida but has lived in Habersham County for 25 years.  She is married to Jason Taylor and has a son and a stepdaughter.  Her previous career was in property management.  For fun, she enjoys gardening, reading, kayaking, and walking.
