Serving Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Reservations/cancellations are due by 10:00 a.m. on Monday.  If you need to make changes to this form or cancel your reservation after you have submitted it, you must call 706-754-4870, extension 202, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday.

Signing up for Wednesday Night Suppers is a commitment to pay for the meal(s) regardless of whether or not you are able to attend.
Note: It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation if you decide you no longer wish to be on our permanent list or need to miss a week.
